How It Works
To help our clients understand the process better, we have designed a transparent and step by step process to help them understand how our systems works. We do not promise to make everything go away on the first meet, we don’t make big promises that we cannot keep but we do deep research to make commitments that we can fulfil.
Introduction
To begin the process, the client needs to call our office or send an email informing us to pursue the matter. When contacting us for the first time, the client needs to be as descriptive as possible. There are many cases when people want their credit score to be improved partially as they know they will improve the rest by legitimate transactions because of their new job or business. Based on your requirements and a few other things like social security and Bank account numbers we identify the customer and understand the case.
Assessment
When we have a clear understanding of the case, we do a thorough investigation on the case and make an assessment on the various options we have. When we are sure that we can really help the client, we ask the client to have another appointment for a conversation or send an email with legal documents.
Document Transfer & Agreement
The client needs to a copy of all the necessary documents along with a consent letter authorising us to take up the case. We also ask the client to send a signed copy of an agreement with us to pay for our services and their request to us to pursue the case before competent authorities.There are other specific documents like Equifax Credit Monitoring service registration or TransUnion credit monitoring service, we need these registration to begin the process.
Request Processing
When we get all the necessary documents and the agreement is signed we take the matter to the competent authorities. We use multiple channels to improve the credit ratings and we keep the client posted on the progress. It takes hard work and perseverance to make sure that we present a strong case and the authorities take up the matter as fast as they can. We strictly advice our clients not to do anything with their accounts in this period, no loan applications, credit check applications or any other financial task.
Payment
When the case is completed or ratings are increased by resolving some of the cases, we send the client our bill. We can send several bills if different issues are resolved at different times. We usually wait for all the cases to get finished before sending a bill to the client.

These are simple steps that you need to follow to get your credit ratings fixed. We try to speed up the process but there are times we cannot do it as fast as we want to. Our policy to take payment after the case is solved really helps us in maintaining the client trust in these times.
